GALLERY

Our gallery Has just started, be sure to check often for newly completed projects.

We often have photos of system installations, happenings at Ronson's Audiotronic and even the odd picture that we just wanted to share with you. So Check 'em out........

This Seadoo Speedster Needed an audio system that would keep up with it's 430HP Attitude....First Class Components throughout was on the Menu for this ride.....check out the pics

Up front, a pair of M770 JL Audio speakers fill in, a set of oversized MX650 were used to cover the existing holes, and 2 JL Audio Marine Subwoofers kicking the back of the seats!!

Just a mirrored image on the Port side....Perfectly placed for performance from any angle....

The only problem with a Smaller Boat, is lack of space!! The only spot for the MHD900/5 amplifier was in this space under the Dash.......But it fit like a glove

Here is the shot that most boaters on the bay will see, Brian's Stern.......At 65MPH, not much will keep up....except for the sound!!!

This Picture shows a quick connect mount set up used on a set of JL Audio Wakeboard Cans to an Arch of a 298 FourWinns, note the Bannana plug receptacles for quick removal.  Trust us, These are LOUD!!.  The deck plate was aluminum so rubber gaskets were used.

The picture below shows them firing back and ready to wake the neighbours!!

The following Picture shows a finished sub install. Shown is also the Epoxy we spray our enclosures with to both protect and seal them, and to give a rugged marine look.  Mounted in the enclosure is a JL Audio M10W5 sealed enclosure subwoofer.

This vessel came to us from the Waterloo area, it was in need of an upgrade.  So here's the deal. 2 amplifiers, 2 sets of speakers, 2 subwoofers and some SIRIUS radio reception!!

Here is a shot of the cockpit of this overpowered rocket!!, a 496cu. in. Bigblock propels this down the lakefront, speed like this definetly needs the sound to keep up!!

Hidden under the rear bench is a pair of Alpine SWR-M100 Subwoofers, they provided a great punch without the need of additional enclosures.

The electronic power comes from a pair of Alpine amplifiers hidden under the rear bench seats.

The tunes are controlled by a pair of Clarion Controls.  One up here by the helm, and one at the stern of the boat for convienience on those hot days in the sun.

This beauty was an early spring project that was in need of an upgrade.  Pictures will soon follow, check back to see the finished project..

This one was a tough one, We have a good customer with a 37' Sea Ray who wanted a great audio system in his boat. The problem was, even being 37' long, there was no unused space. So, the subwoofer had to be incorporated into the rear removeable seat. We proceeded to build the enclosure and finish it with an epoxy finish to seal the job. The following shows the finished result.

Our next vessel is another repeat customer, we installed an audio system in his previous boat, this one had to impress as well. This one received a fresh JL Audio Subwoofer, A Hybrid amplifier, 2 Pair of Kicker Marine 6", Helm Controls, Harddrive for music, Sat. system and 2 Flat Screens with DVD, We only have a few pics of this one...

Here is a snapshot of the Cockpit with the New Speakers Cut, wired and mounted.

Without enough room for a set of shoulders,we had to try to pry this Tri-mode hybrid that powers the whole cockpit system, and at high volume levels at that!!

Pictured to the left is the 10GB MP3 harddrive which is powered by Phatnoise audio systems.

Here is our Infamous JL Audio M101IB-CG-WH Boxless subwoofers mounted and ready for fun. These subwoofers do a great job when a large area can be utilized with virually no precious space used.

This one was tough to cut apart, with gelcoat shiny enough to style your hair, even we had goose bumps!!  But that still didn't stop us!!  It was receiving a complete upgrade from front to back, 2 amplifiers, 2 subwoofers, 2 sets of components, head unit and 2 outboard controllers.

With an audio job like this, there has to be a plan.  The only problem is the cockpit wasn't large enough for two installers at the same time.  Pick one item location and start cutting!!

This is the time that any boat owner goes running, It's the time the saws come out.  Here is the cutting of one the subwoofers in progress.

Here is a completed Infinite baffle Component kit installed for the front stage of this system.

Making some final connections are always fun since some areas are not "tall person" friendly!!  With all connections made and the system tuned, This was one LOUD boat!!

A rafted group of Boaters enjoying some R&R, None the less, a pretty good picture.

This next project was simple, yet very much needed.  This customers vessel was only about 5 years old.The name brand speakers in the Arch were completely rotten, and they were marine grade!!, which is a great example why not all speakers are created equal.  We cut a set of M77-TCX-CG-WH JL Audio tower speakers in and never looked back.

The next picture shows the arch with the new addition.

Now for an upclose.  Projects we undergoe do not have to be major, we can provide you a service for a simple speaker upgrade to full on audio/video.  And as a bonus, we can do it all Mobile in your marina!!

This Next project was a Ford F-150 Lightning.  It received an in-dash Alpine DVD player, 2 JL Audio Amplifiers, 3 JL Audio 10W3 Subwoofers, and a set of Components, All in a regular cab!!

Here is what few pics we have...This is the Enclosure in early standings

The enclosure is test fit with all of the trim pieces being installed..

Here is the Enclosure with Subwoofers in and Carpet layed.

Initial test fit complete, now with amplifiers going in, tight quarters for alot of equipment and wiring!!

With both amplifiers in, everything is reassembled and tested, with tuning complete, this is an incredible sounding ride.

This next project brought us to get a little dirty, with fibreglass, mdf and bondo flying, we wound up with this creation..

It was planted into a 2007 Hummer 2 and had to built for easy removal, the customer was happy and that was worth the mess!!

The following picture shows a single 12" subwoofer in a very shallow box, Full size chevrolet truck, notice the spacer with a smooth Transition from the box to spacer...an easy build with some character

This next Boat has had 2 Complete systems installed by us, the following pics are from this years upgrade, it's over 40' long, and it's one of the Loudest boats in Turkey Point.  A boat of this size, needs and audio system to match..JL Audio was our Obvious Choice!

The Power for this system is located in the Aft Cabin Closet, JL Audio Monoblock, JL Audio 2 Channel, and a 10GB Harddrive.

The Bass on this Canoe comes from 3 JL Audio M10W5-CG-WH Marine 10" subwoofers running at a 1.33ohm load, all in individual enclosures w/.88 cubic feet per driver..

The Arch took a little work.  We made templates and had an exact leather matched set of panels made from our friends at Convert-a-boat international.  Housed in the pods are a set of JL Audio 7.7" components driven off 150w. RMS per side!!

Boats, Vehicles and Houses aren't all, We've also done some off road!!

The sound from this UTV comes from a set of KICKER Marine KM620 Speakers mounted in a overhead enclosure, and all tuned into an Alpine CDE-9874 enclosed in a weatherproof hydraulic mount..

Our next vessel is a constant work in progress!! One of our best customers, Our own!!  Our test vessel is a 2004 Maxum 3100se.   It uses a set of JL Audio M770 Components, JL Audio M650 6.5" mounted on Custom Made Leather Plates, 4 JL Audio 10w3v3-4 10" subwoofers Mounted in Custom enclosures, a HD1200/1 monoblock, a MHD600/4, The new Alpine CDA-118M Marine Radio w/Ipod, Sirius and Bell ExpressVu.  We are always testing the products we sell, and trust us, anybody who has heard it knows we don't test quietly!! However, JL Audio Never Let's us down!!

Anybody who's heard it, knows we mean business....

The picture below is a shot of the Starboard side wet bar location...

The long awaited MC10 Controller from Alpine is shown below. It features Ipod full search, Subwoofer control, tuner select etc. all from one Wireless* control.

One pair of subwoofers are mounted underneath the rear port side bench, the enclosure is mounted behind them in the engine area.  Nope, it wasn't fun to do.  If you notice the Bottom of the subwoofers had to be cut into the Cooler pocket just to allow everything to work.. BUT!.....the sound says it all and it was well worth the Time.

The other pair is up front under the drivers helm seat.

Check back soon for more updates, experiments and Pics! (hint, 2 more speakers, 2 more subwoofers, more power!!)

This next project consumed a little bit of time.  This ride received an Alpine headunit with Ipod and Sirius, a fresh set of components up front, some rear fill, a pair of Alpine Type-R subwoofers, a pair of PDX series amplifiers, a Kinetic power cell, and a full wrap of Hushmat on all the panels...

The following picture shows a completed trunk, all items wired and mounted, powercell is concealed under the panels along with the component crossovers.

On the doors of this horse, we needed about 5" of mounting depth for the midbass driver, the only option was to fibreglass a set of kick panels...

No custom job at Ronson's is completed without a complete cleanup of OUR mess!!

The system was finely tuned to the ultimate in performance for the customers music choice, and let me tell you, this was one Rockin' Mustang!!!!  Congratulations Justin, you've got a nice Ride!!!!

This following is a perfect example of how NOT to wire a Car Stereo Wiring harness!!  It came to us with no audio, no illumination, and a buzzing noise, Hmmmm.

This Following Project was an Eye Opener.  It came from the Northern country with an upgraded audio system previously installed.  It was a text book example of what not to do in an Audio installation.  Extremely Sloppy work coupled with a Mess left behind........None the Less, The boat is now Fixed and sounds as good as it looks...... It received JL Audio's Top shelf MHD900/5 5 channel power amplifier, sirius radio tuner, independent subwoofer volume control, a pair of 7.7" Marine components on the back transom, another pair up by the drivers helm, a set of 7" in the rear of the cockpit area, 2 10" subwoofers, new wiring and a transom volume control.........So Far anyway........

The following Picture shows the Mess left behind by the previous Audio shop....Bits and pieces of Fibreglass, shavings, Jigsaw blades all thrown back in the hole!!  Up until this point, we have never seen such sloppy work..... Great pictures Proving not all shops are created equal.......

The following Picture shows the previous installer tying the Amplifier ground into the Head Units ground source.....A BIG mistake that will eventually lead to equipment failure...

Try to do this job and not be a little nervous!! 16 Years and We still get butterfies.............

Everybody deserves a good looking rear end, we think this one looks just fine!!  Hidden in behind the Small door is even a volume control for rear entertainment...

Nope, Boats aren't all we do, although we do alot!!  Vehicles, houses, offices, commercial buildings, banks etc are part of our audio/video services.  The following is an example of Old school gone new!!

This following picture shows you can have aftermarket sound and features without cutting into factory locations.  Anyone with a car like this DOES NOT want to damage ANYTHING that came from Factory, We can accomodate and understand this so we came up with this easy fix.  A pressure fit centre console mount which houses an aftermarket CD receiver ......

The Following picture show the sound in the back end, A grill cloth covered enclosure which is virtually invisible to the eye when you are looking through the rear window....It's completely removeable and sounds fantastic

This Simple project pictured below came to us from Kitchener and the Customer was told that this was apparently unable to be done........To us..........it was just another day at the office.  The Picture shown is the Seat from a 37' Sea Ray that we fabricated two matching angled enclosures for a pair of JL Audio subwoofers.  This Customer now has No sacrificed storage or floor space taken up by 2 cumbersome boxes........

A matching epoxy was applied to both seal the enclosure and match the factory color and finish...
